Ordering and Payment
You can start shopping by selecting the quantity of product you want, and using the “add to cart” link. To see what is in your cart click on the link at the top of the page. When you have finished shopping click secure checkout. If you have already established an account, enter your email and password to sign in. If you need to create an account you will be asked to do so at time of checkout. The account form is quick and easy to fill in and can be done at any time.

Orders may be subject to a minimum order charge.

Shipping
Goods will normally be delivered depending on destination and will be notified by email.
Shipment of goods will depend of availability and you will be informed about the estimated delivery. For goods not available the expected time will depend of international courriers constraints and Beyond Vet,Lda will not be liable for delays after agreement.
We aim to ship most equipment to destinations in the EU within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery Worldwide will depend on the destination and will be communicated by email.

Return and Refund
Damages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
On receipt of your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product for a complete refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail us for information on how to cancel and return an order before you return goods, telling us that you are returning goods and why.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
